Is there a free trial? +

What happens after the trial ends? +

You can subscribe for ₹1,199/year to continue. If you choose not to subscribe, your data is retained and you can export it at any time.

Is ₹1,199 per user or per business? +

Per business. You can add your accountant (CA Mode) at no extra cost. The subscription covers one business entity.

Which payment methods are accepted? +

On the web app: UPI, credit card, debit card, and net banking via Razorpay. On iOS and Android: in-app purchase through App Store and Play Store.

Can I use it on mobile? +

Yes. NovoBoat is available on iOS and Android. Your data syncs in real time across web and mobile.

Is my data safe? +

Your data is stored on Supabase-managed servers in the AWS Mumbai region (ap-south-1), keeping it within India. All transfers use TLS encryption and data is encrypted at rest.

Can I migrate from my existing billing software? +

Yes. You can import your product catalog, customer list, and opening balances. Most users complete migration in under 10 minutes. Contact us if you need help.

Does it handle both B2B and B2C invoices? +

Yes. NovoBoat handles intra-state (CGST+SGST) and inter-state (IGST) GST automatically. You can create invoices for registered businesses (B2B) and walk-in customers (B2C) from the same interface.
